The skin is the largest organ of the body. It protects and helps to regulate body temperature. Skin also helps to preserve our internal fluids and organs. Since it is porous, it absorbs whatever is applied to it. We can help keep it in great shape by avoiding harmful ingredients such as toxic chemicals, artificial fragrances and colors.
You might be concerned with the cost and performance of safer skin care products; however, budget friendly green beauty products are easy to find. If you are new to green beauty, start with the Beginner’s Guide HERE. Be sure to join my healthy living Facebook group HERE for more tips and tricks.
